Sector of the EVolt Racing team - UFRPE responsible for aggregating two fundamental activities for the development of the entire project, the management of the relationship with companies and sponsors and the management of all the team's financial resources. The Business Relations sector carries out prospecting and implementation of partnerships and sponsorships, in addition to managing the Team/Companies relations, ensuring the continuity of the agreement signed between the parties. Executes purchase quotations requested by the project areas and controls the deadlines established for receiving each item. It is also responsible for creating indicators and delivering information to the team's sectors and sponsors. At the same time, the Financial sector is focused on managing project resources, provisioning expenses and income, planning investments and calculating risks. As management tools, it uses indicators and reports, allowing an expanded and transparent view of the financial scenario, providing faster and more assertive decision-making, reducing time and costs, guaranteeing deadlines and project feasibility.
Sector of the EVolt Racing UFRPE team whose main role is the creation and management of project/team dissemination strategies, aiming at its promotion, growth and integration.
The Marketing Management sector aims to develop dissemination strategies on different platforms, contemplating social networks and professionals of the project/team, aiming to conquer and retain our target audience. To this end, it conducts research on information from the market in which the project and the consumers of our product are inserted, in order to develop assertive actions for the target audience, increasing their interest in the project and product. It is also responsible for analyzing what type of content is interesting to be produced and disseminated, how to launch it, and how and when to disseminate it.
